“Importantly, cut-through endorsements from Technology Insurance Company (A.M. Best “A” rated) will apply to all eligible new and renewal business effective immediately. We are now issuing cut-through endorsements for eligible renewal policies with effective dates prior to May 1st, and eligible new business policies with effective dates prior to February 28th. This applies to all U.S. admitted, non-Specialty lines of business subject to Tower’s underwriting guidelines.”
