Abel HR, a leading provider of payroll and human resources services, announced that it has closed a merger with The PSP Group of Mamaroneck, New York. Abel’s extensive electronic capabilities and use of the web in conjunction with its customer friendly focus should enhance the capabilities of The PSP Group and provide a broader range of services for their clients. This joining will also provide a larger client population which will give the new organization greater leverage in the marketplace.
While the Abel name is to be retained and Abel hardware and software is to be utilized by the combined group, PSP personnel will continue to interact with their clients and Abel for an indefinite period of time. We fully intend to deliver the highest quality product and services to all of the clients and employees that make up our expanded population.
